Delivery

  • There is a delivery charge of $25 for all orders under $300.
  • Delivery is only on weekdays and excludes public holidays.
  • We will endeavour to deliver your wines within 48 hours of receiving your order, however, this may vary, particularly if an order is received on Friday afternoon, in which case the wines will be delivered the following Tuesday.
  • We reserve the right to ask for age verification via a government issued document and we will seek a signature from the recipient confirming that the individual is of legal age to receive the order. 
  • PWS will contact you via email to notify you of the delivery day and confirm that someone over the age of 18 will be present to receive the package. 
  • The recipient must be present to receive the wines, we are not able to leave packages at the door unattended.  If no one is home to receive the wines, we will attempt a re-delivery at a charge of $25.
  • If you have requested a contactless delivery, we will respect this by standing at a safe distance but we will still need to age verify before successfully delivering the order; we cannot leave wines unattended at any time.

  • ALL CUSTOMERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OVER. THIS IS THE LEGAL DRINKING AND PURCHASING AGE IN SINGAPORE. IT IS AN OFFENCE TO BUY LIQUOR IF AN INDIVIDUAL IS YOUNGER THAN 18 YEARS AND THIS OFFENCE IS PUNISHABLE WITH A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $10,000
