A partnership between Eric de Rothschild and Maison Maxime Trijol, a historic Cognac family who for several generations have been cultivating their own vines alongside the distillation and ageing process.
It is an exceptional eau-de-vie is rare and only produced every three years.
This cognac has been blended using eaux-de-vie aged over fifty years, mainly from Grande champagne (70%) and Borderies (30%).
Varietals: 90% Ugni Blanc, 5% Folle Blanche, 5% Colombard
