Peccavi Chardonnay 2018, Margaret River, Australia
Tasting Notes
"Light yellow, bright colour. The bouquet is restrained and fresh, with straw and gentle toast aromas, fairly uncomplicated and bright, while the palate is savoury, dry and lean, and attractively presented. Oak has been sensitively applied and adds an appealing dimension. Excellent wine, with a future". - The Real Review
Rating
93 points Silver Ribbon - The Real Review
Food Pairing
Lobster, salmon, chicken, creamy pasta dishes, brie
L'Esprit de Provence Côtes de Provence Rosé 2019, France
Tasting Notes
A litchi pink with peachy reflections. The nose is elegant and very complex: white peaches, mango, hawthorn then pink peppercorn, dry apricot and thyme. Very classy. The attack is fresh with volume and the fruit fills the mouth. This rosé is complex with a delightfully long, lingering after taste showing great fruit ripeness.

Vina Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2017, California Central Coast, USA
Tasting Notes
"This wine delivers loads of Paso Robles richness at a fair price, starting with lush aromas of black cherry, caramel and mocha cream. The palate starts soft and inviting, with more cherry and caramel, then firms up with tighter tannins and penetrating acidity". - Wine Enthusiast
